Self-serve reassignments

As of 2/7/24, a self-serve reassignment feature is available to clients allowing them to reassign their Prescriber or Therapist on their own. To do so, clients will follow these steps:
- From the home screen in their account, client selects the Prescriber/Therapist that they want to reassign under ‘Upcoming Sessions’.
- In the next window, client selects 'Choose now'.
- Client selects reassignment reason from provided options.
- Client will be provided a recommended next step based on their selection as an alternative to reassignment.
- Example: If a client is having availability issues with their Therapist, we will prompt them to message their Therapist first before proceeding with reassignment.
- Client must acknowledge the following disclosure to proceed with reassignment.
- Client selects new Prescriber/Therapist by navigating through different options and bios.
- This mirrors what the Product looks like during initial sign-up.
- Client selects date/time for intake session with new Prescriber/Therapist.
- Client receives confirmation of reassignment and session scheduling.
- Their reassignment will be documented in the Comms history tab and patient summary in the EMR.
