ℹ️ With the exceptions of our 30% off for 3 months save offer and the HERO promo code, any credits applied to a client’s account will be reflected as a total 1-time credit on their next billing cycle.
🗒️ If a non-active client requests a credit back in the form of a refund, inform them that there are no refunds of credits remaining.
Refunds
ℹ️ Refunds typically take up to 10business days to reflect on a client’s bank account, depending on their bank. This is NOT in Cerebral’s control. We advise clients to wait the full 10 business days before reaching out for further follow-up regarding their refund.
