- All session summaries and attachments are automatically sent via the Therapist chat.
- The Therapist Chat is designed to reference what the client should focus on between sessions.
Autoresponder
| ℹ️ The autoresponder feature allows clients who submit Med Refill requests to receive immediate guidance for the scenarios detailed below. |
| 🗒️ Effective 3/21/24, clients who send us a ‘Side Effect’ or ‘Other Medication’ request will receive an automatic response to schedule a visit of the appropriate length, based on whether they have a scheduled visit or not. |
- Refill availability: Rx data is used to check whether the client may already have refills prepared for them at their local pharmacy.
- Pharmacy Info: If a client does have a refill waiting for them, the pharmacy name and phone number is provided for the client to be able to follow up.
- Session scheduling: Session data is used to either guide the client to schedule with their Prescriber, encourage them to move up their session [if they already have a session scheduled more than 2 days away], or to congratulate them for scheduling if they have a session within the next 48 hours.
- Response times: Reminding clients that they can expect a response in up to 2 business days and will be in touch as quickly as possible.
