Therapy Pay Per Visit [PPV] Plans

Eligibility

• Effective 9/17/25, Therapy Pay Per Visit is the only therapy-inclusive plan available for new self-pay clients (*that are using clinician search and schedule) in all states.

• ANY subscription plan client can shift to Therapy PPV. Refer to our Account Management > Changing a client’s plan SOP for more information.

Pricing & Included Offerings

• Price
  • $175 per session (initial + follow-ups)
  • $50 missed visit fees 
• Charge Sequence 

1. Therapy PPV clients are charged $175 at initial sign-up. 
2. On the backend, this $175 gets immediately credited back to their account upon sign-up. 
3. Once they complete their first session, the charge for that session comes out of the existing $175 credit that was applied at sign-up. 
   1. If a Therapy Pay-Per-Visit [PPV] client misses their first session
      1. $50 is removed from the $175 credit that was applied to their account when they first signed up. 
      2. Once the first session is completed, we charge for the session. This charge happens by pulling first from the remaining credit of $125. 
      3. The client will then be charged $50.
4. Follow up sessions are charged based on when the clinician submits a follow up note in the EMR.
