Pricing & Included Offerings
| ℹ️ If a Therapy PPV client wants to include medication management as part of their care at Cerebral, we can manually support a plan change over to Medication + Therapy. |
- Price
- $175 per session (initial + follow-ups)
- $50 missed visit fees
- Charge Sequence
- Therapy PPV clients are charged $175 at initial sign-up.
- On the backend, this $175 gets immediately credited back to their account upon sign-up.
- Once they complete their first session, the charge for that session comes out of the existing $175 credit that was applied at sign-up.
- If a Therapy Pay-Per-Visit [PPV] client misses their first session
- $50 is removed from the $175 credit that was applied to their account when they first signed up.
- Once the first session is completed, we charge for the session. This charge happens by pulling first from the remaining credit of $125.
- The client will then be charged $50.
- If a Therapy Pay-Per-Visit [PPV] client misses their first session
- Follow up sessions are charged based on when the clinician submits a follow up note in the EMR.
- Included offerings
- Unlimited phone or video sessions with a therapist
