Child & Teen Therapy
| ℹ️ Effective 9/5/25, we will offer child and teen therapy consultations to in-network or self-pay clients who are 6-17 years old and are located in CT, MA, NJ, NY, or PA. |

- Monitor form submissions on a daily basis.
Clients who do NOT give us a date/time that works for them
- Match clients with a clinician that supports Child & Teen therapy.
- Navigate to CliniciansOfferMinorsTherapy.xlsx
- If client is in-network, confirm the payer is listed in the ‘Insurance by State’ tab.
- In the ‘List of Therapists’ tab, filter by ‘license_states’ based on the client’s state.
- If “accepting patients” = TRUE, the client can be matched to the therapist.
- If “accepting patients” = TRUE, the client can be matched to the therapist.
- Conduct email and SMS outreach.
- Send the Child & Teen Therapy::Initial Outreach A macro via ZenDesk after editing appropriately.
- Submit the ticket as ‘Solved’.
- Submit the ticket as ‘Solved’.
- Send the following text via RingCentral following our RingCentral Faxes & Texts > How to send a text SOP after editing appropriately:
- Hi [client name],
We wanted to follow up on your request to get connected with a Cerebral therapist for Child & Teen therapy! Please use this link to schedule a consultation with therapist [FIRST AND LAST NAME OF THERAPIST]:

- Click the ‘Profile’ link of the clinician selected in step 1.
- Select ‘Schedule Consultation’.
- Using the availability information the client included in the Child and Teen Therapy form, book a consultation on behalf of the client.
- Navigate to CliniciansOfferMinorsTherapy.xlsx
- Conduct email and SMS outreach.
- Send the Child & Teen Therapy:: Initial Outreach B macro via ZenDesk after editing appropriately.
- Submit the ticket as ‘Solved’.
