Stella referrals

ℹ️ Cerebral partners with Stella, an interventional psychiatry practice that refers their clients to us for mental health care.

If we are contacted by a Stella client interested in signing up for Cerebral services, refer to the procedures below depending on if they are interested in a self pay or insurance plan.

If they are interested in a self pay plan, inform them that they can save 30% off their first month using the code STELLA30 and provide them with the link to the unique Stella landing page to sign up: https://cerebral.com/stella-center

🗒️ If a Clinician wants to refer one of their clients to Stella, they will send them the following link via EMR chat: https://stellacenter.com/cerebral-meet-stella

Cerebral → NOCD referrals

ℹ️ Effective 2/19/25, Cerebral is partnering with NOCD to refer our OCD clients to them for therapy.

Support team will receive a ‘Refer to NOCD’ task from a Prescriber.
Once task is received:
1. Fill out the NOCD referral form.
  1. The organization state will be the client’s state.
  2. Note: Don’t get stuck on the “Best time of day to contact” field.
2. Add the information from the task to a new entry on the NOCD Referral Upload List.
  1. Tag Monica Morris in a comment on the respective entry.
    1. Monica Morris will send communications to the client via Iterable.
3. Log the client in the ‘Cerebral → NOCD Referrals’ tab on this spreadsheet: Cerebral Partnerships
  1. EMR link: Enter the client’s EMR link.
  2. Referral form completed?: Check the box.
  3. Monica Morris notified?: Check the box.
  4. Initial notification date: Enter today’s date [MM/DD/YY].
4. Confirm completion with the Prescriber on the EMR task.
5. Close the task.

Accountable referrals

ℹ️ Cerebral partners with Accountable, a coaching and drug/alcohol monitoring platform.

Accountable will refer their clients to us for mental health care.
Existing Cerebral clients will receive automated email communications at the end of June/beginning of July 2025 with information about Accountable and a discount for joining.
- If clients have questions, use the Accountable Partnership ZenDesk macro, which includes an informational PDF.
- Clients can scan the QR code on the PDF to take advantage of the discount.
