Eligibility

ℹ️ ValueRX plans are available for select clients that meet the following criteria:

Last session was <6 months ago
Last follow-up period was 90+ days
Last prescriber is currently active with Cerebral

These clients will receive automated email communications including an offer to reactivate onto our new ValueRX plan and a typeform link to authorize payment.

Pricing & value props

$90 for 3 months

Plan will auto-renew at $90 every 3 months.
This plan includes the first intake and the cost of medication delivery, if shipped.

Workflow

✅ This process is completed by Brenda Monderin from the ResolvedCX team.

Monitor the ValueRx Tracker on a daily basis for 7 days.
For all new entries, complete the steps below:
1. Reactivate the client onto the ValueRX plan following our Account Management > Manual reactivation SOP.
2. Assign the client to their last prescriber following our Client Requested Reassignments > Manual Reassignments via AirTable SOP.

ValueRX LP refunds

ℹ️ On a monthly basis, Jeanilyn Basoc will process refunds for ValueRX clients that use their local pharmacy following the steps in our Affordable meds & ValueRX LP refunds.
