If a client mentions interest in services that are not included in the plan they are currently on, inform them about our different plan types [i.e. client on Medication only plan expresses interest in Therapy or client on Therapy only plan expresses interest in medication].

ℹ️ Effective 3/25/24, renewal notices are being automatically sent to clients at least 2 days (but not more than 1 week) before their billing date to the email address we have on file, as shown below.
