I can't get into my account

We’re sorry you can't get into your account. Follow these steps to reset your password:

1. On the sign-in page, select "Forgot your password?".
2. Enter your Cerebral account email.
3. Check your email for "Reset your Cerebral password." If you don't see it, check your spam or promotional folder.
4. Open the email and click the reset button. You will be redirected to enter a new password.
5. Enter and save your new password in a safe place.

Use the most recent password reset email if you requested multiple times.
