How to unsubscribe from marketing emails or text messages

To unsubscribe from marketing emails:
Click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Cerebral email.

To stop receiving marketing text messages:
Reply with "STOP" to any Cerebral text message.

You can also make adjustments in the notification preferences section of your account profile.

If you unsubscribe from marketing communications, you’ll continue to receive important messages about your account, payments, medication, and session reminders.
