How to schedule, reschedule, or cancel a session

Schedule a new session:

• Log into your account
• From the dashboard screen, find Upcoming Sessions
• Then select the Schedule button for the type of session you want to schedule
• Follow the instructions on the screens that follow

Reschedule or cancel an existing session:

• Log into your account
• From the dashboard screen, find Upcoming Session
• Select the session you want to change or cancel
• Follow the instructions on the screens that follow

MISSED VISITS AND LATE CANCELATIONS OR RESCHEDULING

There is a $50 fee for sessions that are canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the appointment time, or missed. There is a 15-minute grade period at the beginning of each session before it's considered a missed visit.
