How do I join a session or connect with my therapist or prescriber?

You can join a session via video chat, or phonecall (only allowed in some states).

Video sessions

We’ll email or text you a link before your session starts to join the session.

You can join from your phone, laptop, or desktop computer.

At the scheduled time, click the link to join the session.

Phone sessions

Your therapist or prescriber will call you at the number we have on file in your account.
