Joining your session using RingCentral Video

Each session has a unique meeting URL, so make sure you use the link for the specific session you are attending. Do not reuse links from previous sessions.

RingCentral appointments are designed to work directly from your web browser — no download required.

Joining your session

Open the RingCentral link from your reminder email or text message.
Enter your name.
Allow camera and microphone access.
You’ll be placed in a private waiting room until your clinician admits you.

Please note that your clinician's email is not monitored. Any questions or concerns? Contact your care team through the messaging portal in the app.
