Like any medication, Trazodone (Desyrel) can have side effects. Common ones include drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, nausea, headaches, constipation, and blurred vision. While these side effects can be bothersome, they often diminish as your body gets used to the medication.
However, in rare cases, serious or persistent side effects can occur. Always ask your provider for a complete list of possible side effects and what to watch out for.
