Common side effects of Clonidine may include:
• Dizziness, drowsiness, sleepiness, headache, irritability
• Low blood pressure
• Nausea, stomach pain, constipation, decreased appetite, dry mouth
These are usually mild and may decrease as your body adjusts to the medication, but it’s important to discuss any persistent or bothersome effects with your provider.
