If you wish to unsubscribe from one or more of our various marketing messaging channels (email, sms/text, push notification), please use the processes outlined below.
You may also unsubscribe from certain transactional messaging from the Notification Preferences center on the My Account page while logged in. Transactional messaging includes appointment reminders, medication shipment notifications, and appointment confirmation. Please note: some transactional messaging cannot be unsubscribed from because it is essential for the service to function properly.
For emails pertaining to weekly behavioral resources, promotional material, surveys, product announcements, and new insurance launches, you can easily unsubscribe in a few clicks. To do this, first, find an email that came from admin@marketing.cerebral.com. In the footer of the email, there will be an option that says “Unsubscribe.” By clicking this button, you will be unsubscribed from all future marketing emails.
Please note that emails pertaining to payments, medications, and appointments are considered transactional and cannot be unsubscribed from. This is because they are necessary for Cerebral’s services to function properly.
SMS/Text
If you no longer wish to receive text messages from Cerebral, you can easily unsubscribe by using one of the following options.
- Replying “STOP” to any text message you’ve received from Cerebral will remove you from all future messaging through this channel.
- You may also visit the My Account page while signed in by clicking the dropdown menu from the top right of your screen. From here, if you navigate to the bottom of the page, you’ll see the option to change your notification preferences to opt-out of SMS messaging.
Push Notification
To stop receiving push notifications from Cerebral on your smartphone, you may opt-out by turning off notifications directly within your device. To do this, start by opening your smartphone’s settings. Next, locate Cerebral’s application in your settings and click to change its permissions. Once open, you should see the option to toggle push notifications off.
Alternatively, you may have to click Notifications in your settings first, and then find Cerebral’s application to toggle off push notifications. The process may vary slightly depending on whether you’re using Apple or Android, but this goal is achievable on both types of devices.
