To change your subscription plan, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Log into your Cerebral account here.
- Once logged in, navigate to the Messages tab.
- Select the "+ New" button to start a new conversation.
- Choose the "My Account and Care Plan" option.
- Select "Switch or Explore Other Plans" from the available options.
- Finally, click on "Request Assistance" to submit your request.
After submitting your request, you can track its status directly within the Messages tab. You can also review any conversations related to your request.
Please note that upon confirmation of your subscription change, you will be charged the price difference between your current and new plan, regardless of whether the change occurs before your billing period ends. For example, if you switch from a Medication Management plan to a Therapy + Medication Management plan in the middle of your billing cycle, you will be immediately charged the difference in prices. Changing your plan does not impact your billing date, and on your next billing date, you will be charged the full price of the new plan. If you are downgrading your plan for cost reasons, make sure to change your plan by 9 am PT at least one business day before your billing date to avoid being charged.
