Medication orders must be completed by your Prescriber and our Medication Management team. To request a refill, follow the steps below.
- Log into your Cerebral account here.
- Navigate to the Messages tab.
- Select "+ New".
- Select "Medication and refills".
- Select "Request a refill".
- Complete the form with all of the relevant information.
- Select "Request refill" to submit your request.
Once you have submitted your request and it is being worked on, you can see the status of your request directly in your Messages tab, as well as review any conversations you have had regarding your request.
