At Cerebral, we understand that timely access to your medication is crucial. To request a refill for your medication, please follow these steps:
- Log into your Cerebral account by clicking here.
- Navigate to the Messages tab.
- Click on "+ New" to initiate a new message.
- Select "Medication and refills" as the message category.
- Choose "Request a refill" from the available options.
- Complete the form by providing all the relevant information, including the medication name, dosage, and any other requested details.
- Select "Request refill" to submit your refill request.
Once you have submitted your refill request, our dedicated Medication Management team and your Prescriber will work together to process your request. You can easily track the status of your refill request directly in your Messages tab. Additionally, you can review any conversations related to your request, ensuring clear communication and transparency.
