Cerebral clients have the ability to adjust their notification settings to determine how they would prefer to be notified of account updates by their Cerebral Care Team, either via SMS messages or email. These updates include session reminders for scheduled sessions, medication and treatment plan updates, updates about your account, payment methods, and marketing.
To update your notification preferences, follow the steps below:
- Log into your Cerebral account here.
- Navigate to the options menu in the top right corner of your account.
- Select "My Account".
- Scroll down to the "Notification Preferences" field.
- Select how you would like to receive notifications, either via SMS messages or email.
- Press "Save".
To turn off push notifications, go to the Cerebral app in your phone and toggle the notifications option to “Don’t Allow”.
