Cerebral clients have the ability to adjust their notification settings to determine how they would prefer to be notified of important account updates, by their Cerebral Care Team. These updates include appointment reminders for scheduled appointments, medication and treatment plan updates, updates about your account and payment methods and more.
- Your notification preferences are stored in your client profile. To view or change these preferences:
- Log into your Cerebral account by navigating to the following link
- Navigate to the notification preference tab, found in the options menu
- The options menu can be located in the top right corner of your account, and is denoted by your initials
- Once you have accessed the notification preferences tab, you may select how you would like to receive notifications - either through emails or sms messages. You may also choose if you’d like to receive marketing notifications that include informational content regarding best practices for medication management, special upgrade promotions, and behavioral health resources.
