If you're in network, we'll bill your insurance provider after each session.
Depending on your coverage, you may or may not owe some costs related to copays, coinsurance, or your deductible after billing.
Copays, coinsurance, and deductibles
- Copay: A fixed amount you pay for each visit, determined by your insurance plan, regardless of the total cost of the visit.
- Coinsurance: A percentage of the total cost of a visit you may be responsible for after your deductible has been met and your insurance has been applied.
- Deductible: The amount you must pay out of pocket before your insurance begins to cover services.
What you may owe out-of-pocket is determined by your insurance plan. Check your benefits to understand what is covered and what you may owe out of pocket.
Any additional costs will be charged to your payment method on file. We'll let you know what you owe, if anything, 7 days before we charge you. These costs and the cost of medication (if prescribed) are HSA and FSA eligible, and we accept those cards as payment.
