Refunds

At Cerebral, we operate on a subscription-style billing model to provide our clients with continuous access to our services. When you sign up for an account, it is important to note that by agreeing to our Terms & Conditions, you authorize us to bill the payment method on file starting from the registration date and subsequently on a monthly basis.

Once the payment is made, including the subscription fees, please be aware that all fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether the services are utilized. This policy is applied to all our clients equally and helps us maintain consistency in our operations.

However, it is important to mention that Cerebral reserves the right to issue refunds at our discretion. Please understand that if we have issued a refund in one instance, we are not obligated to provide the same refund in the future. In the event that you have received a refund, please allow up to 10 business days for it to reflect in your bank account, as the exact timeframe may vary depending on your bank. We kindly ask for your patience during this period before reaching out to us again.
