Can I stay with my out-of-network provider and remain on an insurance subscription?

You can stay with Cerebral even if your provider is out-of-network. However, you might have to pay extra fees if:

• Your insurance is inactive
• You don't have mental health benefits
• You need a PCP referral but don't have one
• You need prior authorization
• You have secondary insurance
• Your prescriber is out-of-network
• Your therapist is out-of-network
• Your insurance sub-plan is out-of-network

The extra fees are:

• Prescriber Initial Session: $150
• Prescriber Follow-Up Session: $80
• Therapist Session: $145

We will let you know before your session if these fees apply, so you can decide if you want to proceed.
