Cerebral does not currently accept clients who are covered by Medicaid, Medicare Part B, Tricare, VA, or Federal payor programs. This includes beneficiaries of the State Heath Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP), Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP), or any state-specific Medicaid program. As such, beneficiaries of these plans may not access Cerebral even if they wish to pay out-of-pocket.
If you have insurance through Tricare or the Veterans Administration, it is likely that Cerebral has not yet expanded to include your insurance provider. Unfortunately, Tricare doesn't make Out-Of-Network exceptions, so you would not be able to utilize your insurance with Cerebral at this time.
To sign up for Cerebral, you will need to confirm that you are not a beneficiary of Medicare or any Medicaid program. The only exception to this is beneficiaries of CHAMPUS, who may choose to enroll in Cerebral and pay out-of-pocket.
If you are currently covered by Medicaid, Medicare Part B, Tricare, VA, or Federal payor programs and attempt to sign up for Cerebral, your payment will be fully refunded and your account will be cancelled.
