In certain cases, your Prescriber may determine that it is necessary for you to undergo a specific test, treatment, or procedure to assess key indicators related to your health and diagnosis. This could include tests such as bloodwork, imaging, or other diagnostic procedures. Depending on the specific test deemed clinically appropriate, your Prescriber may provide you with a lab referral document or recommend that you consult with your primary care provider or a similar physician for further evaluation.
It is important to note that the payment for lab requests or any additional testing is not included in your Cerebral subscription fee and is not offered through Cerebral at this time. Therefore, any incurred expenses for such tests may be your responsibility and may or may not be covered by your insurance carrier.
If you have obtained completed test results, prior authorizations, or any other necessary diagnostic testing, please send a copy or picture of your test results to email@example.com. Additionally, test results may also be faxed directly to (415) 508-4106. Once your test results have been uploaded for review, please allow up to two business days for your Prescriber to assess and evaluate your lab records. Your Prescriber will then respond accordingly with any necessary adjustments to your treatment or further recommendations.
