If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with a member of your Care Team, we offer a straightforward process to request a change. To request a change of any member of your care team, follow these steps:
- Log into your Cerebral account here.
- Navigate to the Messages tab.
- Select "+ New".
- Select "My account and care plan".
- Select "Request new clinicians".
- Select "Request assistance".
Feel free to also share any specific reasons or concerns you may have regarding your current care team member's performance. We will work closely with you to understand your unique needs and goals and promptly assign a different care team member from our pool of over 1,000 qualified professionals. The newly assigned care team member will bring their expertise and dedication to support you effectively on your mental health journey.
After you have submitted your request for a change in your care team member, you can easily track the progress and stay updated on the status directly within your Messages tab of your account. This is our commitment to provide a seamless and transparent experience. We are here to support you every step of the way.
