How do I change my Care Team?

At Cerebral, your comfort and satisfaction are very important to us.

If you want to change a member of your Care Team, follow these steps:

1. Log into your Cerebral account here.
2. Go to the Messages tab.
3. Click "+ New."
4. Select "My account and care plan."
5. Choose "Request new clinicians."
6. Select "Request assistance."

After you request a change, you can track the progress in the Messages tab of your account. We will find a new team member from our pool of over 1,000 qualified professionals.
