At Cerebral, your comfort and satisfaction are very important to us.
If you want to change a member of your Care Team, follow these steps:
- Log into your Cerebral account here.
- Go to the Messages tab.
- Click "+ New."
- Select "My account and care plan."
- Choose "Request new clinicians."
- Select "Request assistance."
After you request a change, you can track the progress in the Messages tab of your account. We will find a new team member from our pool of over 1,000 qualified professionals.
