If you need to reschedule your session ahead of time or missed a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you can click here to be taken directly to the "Home" tab and reschedule sessions from there. You can also do so by following these steps:
- Log into your Cerebral account here.
- Navigate to the Messages tab.
- Select "+ New".
- Select "Scheduling".
- Select "Reschedule an appointment".
- You will see a list of your Care Team members and any sessions you have scheduled.
- Find the session you want to reschedule and select "Reschedule".
- You will be taken to the Care Team member's calendar to pick a new date and time.
You may also contact our Support Team to assist you with rescheduling a session by sending a message from your client account. In most cases, they will send you a message that includes a link to reschedule your session.
