How to cancel a session

If you need to cancel a session, you can click here to go to the "Home" tab and cancel it. You can also follow these steps:

1. Log into your Cerebral account here.
2. Go to the Messages tab.
3. Click "+ New."
4. Select "Scheduling."
5. Select "Reschedule an appointment."
6. Find the session you want to cancel and click "Cancel."
7. Confirm you want to cancel by choosing "Yes, cancel appointment."

You will get a confirmation notice.

You can also contact our Support Team for help and they can cancel a session for you.
