How to unsubscribe

To unsubscribe from marketing emails from Cerebral, you can find the "Unsubscribe" option at the bottom of any Cerebral email. By clicking the "Unsubscribe" button, you will be removed from receiving future marketing emails.

If you wish to unsubscribe from Cerebral text messages, simply reply with the word "STOP" to any Cerebral text message that you receive.

Please note that certain messages related to important aspects of your care, such as payment, medication shipment, session confirmation, and session reminders, are considered transactional and cannot be unsubscribed from.
