How are sessions conducted?

Cerebral lets you choose between video and phone sessions with your clinician. You can change your preference anytime in the "My Account" tab in your profile.

Video Sessions

• You'll get an email with a link to join your clinician on a platform called Doxy.
• It's a good idea to check out the link before your session.
• At the scheduled time, click the link to join the video call.
• If there's a problem with the video, your clinician will call you.

Phone Sessions

• You'll get an email with the number your clinician will call from.
• Make sure your phone number is up to date in your profile.
• At the scheduled time, your clinician will call you.
• If you miss the call, you'll get a text reminder and a follow-up call.
