Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, your shipping address is stored in your client profile. To change your shipping information, please refer to the following steps:
- First, please log into your Cerebral account
- Next, navigate to the My Account tab of your Cerebral account, found in the options menu at the top right of your account
- Once you’ve selected the My Account option, you may select the option to edit under the shipping information tab
- If you have any trouble changing your shipping info, please contact Support via the messaging portal within your account. You may also contact Support via email at firstname.lastname@example.org (UK: email@example.com) for assistance.
