- Within your Cerebral app or Cerebral account, you may navigate to your prescription information section, located in your account information menu, to see a more detailed view of your prescription information.
- If you would like a tracking number, please request one via the chat portal. We will be able to provide and obtain detailed information related to the location of your package.
If FedEx or UPS is showing that your package has been incorrectly delivered or lost, please reach out via the chat portal so your Care Team can help you with reordering your package and help reduce any discontinuity of care.
