It’s important to feel good about the people who are partnering with you on your mental health journey. If you’re not feeling completely satisfied with any of the care team members currently assigned to you, you can easily request a change. You have access to more than 1,000 care team members who would be happy to support you by meeting your needs and goals. In addition, we want to ensure that everyone with a Cerebral subscription receives the highest quality of care possible. That’s why at the end of every appointment, we’ll prompt you to rate your clinician. We welcome all positive and constructive feedback.
