As such, we are constantly looking for ways to improve our processes so that we can achieve our mission of providing high quality mental healthcare. With that in mind, here are some of the new initiatives we have launched this year!
Track My Request
In April of this year, we launched an initiative called Track My Request. With this initiative, we are able to provide much more visibility on the status of requests, questions, and issues that you have sent in via the messaging portal in your account. You’ve probably noticed some recent changes to how messaging looks in your client portal as a result. These changes enabled us to get your requests to the appropriate parties much more efficiently, which in turn means we are able to provide a faster response and a smoother client experience for you!
Prescription Tracking
Also in April of this year, we added a prescription tracker to your account. This allows you to have greater visibility into the status of your prescription orders. Within the tracker, you are able to see when your prescription is written, sent to your local pharmacy, or when it is shipped if you have it sent to your home.
